Ascot Group Visit

Today we were visited by some of the wonderful team at The Ascot Group who have been showing their continuing support for our charity by taking on some painting and minor repairs to our charity shop.

We were also joined by Daniel Aldridge Labour and Cllr Catherine Gibbons -Labour for Milton who are both trustees of the organisation as well as our local MP and councillor.

Our chair Dan Heley also met with Ascot Group CEO Andrew Scott and showed him around the premises and discussed our day to day operations and structure, they also had productive conversations about how our two organisations can work together closer to enact positive change through the work we do in the town.

Weston is blessed with so many charities, organisations and companies who want to make a difference in the town. It’s so great to be able to collaborate to change people’s lives.
